Fourth International Caracas Conference on
Devices, Circuits and Systems

17 - 19 April 2002, ARUBA

ICCDCS 2002 was the fourth in the series of ICCDCS biannual international conferences intended to provide a forum for exchanging recent information, knowledge and experience, and for establishing personal and professional contacts among engineers, scientists and academicians working in the areas of its coverage .

ICCDCS is held periodically since 1995 at different locations in the Caribbean basin. The previous edition of the Conference (ICCDCS 2000) took place in Cancun, Mexico.
The word "Caracas" appears in its title in remembrance of the first of this series of conferences (ICCDCS'95) which was held in Caracas, Venezuela, on December 12-14, 1995.

lupa REVIEW PROCESS
More than 130 manuscript s were submitted and were reviewed by the Technical Program Committee with the assistance of the International Committee. Acceptance was based upon the paper's originality, qualitative and quantitative content, clarity, timeliness and relevance. All accepted manuscripts are included in the Conference Proceedings .

CD The Proceedings have been published in CD format. They were available at the Conference, together with the Final Program . After the Conference, the Proceedings are available through IEEE Publications .
